There are many points to consider before you buy a garage door for your home. Depending on the style of your home, your door can take up as much as one-third of the front side of your house. You want to make sure that your choice of door complements your home while also being functional.

This is where planning pays off big time. Modifying the building before you move in, is a lot easier than doing it while you occupy the space. Mechanical and electrical engineers should be consulted when evaluating potential buildings.

As we pulled up and stopped I marveled how the valet handled the madness. The traffic was unbearable, cars pulling in and out of the hotel, parking app, opening doors, handing out parking passes, through out this craziness they kept their cool and went about their business as if it was a lazy day in small town America. To me it was just plain nuts!

Make sure you have all the contact details of the venue provider. If you have a caretaker on site then be sure to introduce yourself, have a discussion of your event planning, feed the caretaker on time. If you have hired any equipments such as loud speakers, disco lights and microphones be sure they are all in place on the big day.

Saturday night a World War II style „USO“ dance will be held at the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., featuring 1940s music by the Gettysburg Big Band. First, you may need to register your car with campus security, which can cost between $10-50. Then each semester you will have to renew your campus parking decal, which can range up to $75 on some campuses. If you try to get away without a parking decal, you can receive several warning tickets and finally a boot on your tire that will prevent you from driving until you pay all of the fines. Campus security officers are also notorious for ticketing. You can get expensive tickets for parking in the wrong space, or for going over the ridiculously slow 5-15 mph speed limit. On top of all those possible fees, add in gas and maintenance, and soon your car will be sapping you dry.

Thunderstorm warnings: Individuals should take note of severe thunderstorm warnings as this is the perfect climate for hailstones to occur. Covering plants, getting animals inside and making sure all humans take cover would be wise ideas. Parking cars in a garage, carport or covered parking lot would be a smart way to keep the windshield or auto body panels from becoming dented, cracked or broken. Mother Nature can have some nasty temper tantrums with her weather. Humans should be respectful of the power of storms and remained cautiously prepared.
